We work with facilitators who want a quirky, characterful, well-equipped space to grow their craft and community. Five rooms specifically suited to workshops. Three ways to work together. Real support — not just a key handover.
Four rooms made for facilitators.
Each room has a personality. Pick the one that fits your practice — or talk to us if you're not sure which feels right. $100/hr · 2-hour minimum across all four.

Most workshops live here
Half-day workshops, retreats
$100/hr · 2-hour minimum — same flat rate Mon–Sun, in any of the four workshop rooms. Stay 3+ hours and 10% comes off the whole booking — most workshops naturally land here. Includes the room, basic AV, kitchenette access, and our help promoting your workshop to the Trainscendence community. Not available Fri/Sat past 6pm (those slots are reserved for evening events). Discounts for residencies, community offerings and ticket-split arrangements — see below.

Community rate
For free, donation-based or low-cost workshops that build community — recovery groups, queer crafting, language exchanges, mission-aligned offerings.

Ticket split
For established facilitators with a track record and an audience. No upfront fee — we share ticket revenue. Aligned incentives, with a small floor to protect both of us.

Standard hire
For ticketed workshops where you want full control. Pay the standard hire fee, set your own ticket price, keep 100% of the takings.

From application to your first workshop.
No long onboarding. Most facilitators are running their first workshop within two to three weeks.

Site visit + plan
Walk the rooms together. Pick the right one for your workshop. Lock in dates, deal terms, ticket pricing. All in writing before you sign.
Run your session
Arrive an hour early to set up. Run your workshop. We promote it to our community. You build your following at our address.
