Currently, it’s a one-size-fits-all membership, $35 a week, which grants you access to the space whenever we’re open and to our classes, workshops and events :)

Sure can. The hourly price depends on the space you want to rent. If it’s a ticketed event, the whole earnings stay with you. We don’t take commissions from your work.
